How to Get Your Navigo Pass

Option 1: Online Order

Go to the dedicated website: Passe Navigo – Créer mon compte
You will need a French phone number (+33 6 XX XX XX XX or +33 7 XX XX XX XX).
Fill out the online form.
Upload or take a passport photo.
Pick up your pass at a Paris metro or RER station. You must show an ID.

Option 2: Station Order

Go to a large metro or RER station that has a ticket office (guichet).
Present proof of identity and proof of address.
A photo will be taken on site.
