WeekSafety Ensures comfort & progressChallenge What you must be ready for
W1Ideal integration: group dynamics + routine from the start.Very low: a few pages to catch up if arriving after Day 1.
W2Entry possible with targeted catch-up plan.2–4h of extra catch-up work in the 1st week.
W3Can join if diagnostic confirms basics are there.Real catch-up load: autonomy + consistency essential.
W4Very safe option: start at the previous level. If maintaining current level: risk of gaps that slow you down.
W5Secure recommendation: previous level + consolidation.Joining current level is rarely profitable.
W6Same logic: consolidate beforehand to succeed next session.Late entry = high pressure + limited benefit.
W7Immersion week: active listening, methodology onboarding. Not a “full speed” entry: discover, prepare.
W8Exam week: orientation + preparation for next session. No level start: priority on assessment and planning.
