How to Get Your Navigo Pass
Option 1: Online Order

- You will need a French phone number (+33 6 XX XX XX XX or +33 7 XX XX XX XX).
- Fill out the online form.
- Upload or take a passport photo.
- Pick up your pass at a Paris metro or RER station. You must show an ID.
Sound like a local: “Un guichet”
If you choose to get your pass at the station, you need to find the ticket office. In French, this is called “un guichet” (pronounced gee-shay). Ask a staff member: “Bonjour, où est le guichet s’il vous plaît ?”
